There is a blind man named Victor D’Peter (Ishaan Shaukat). One day, his friend Wasim is murdered in front of him. But Victor, through his sensory system, recognizes Wasim’s murderer, Tony’s son Russell (Abhimanyu S Thilakan). To hide the truth, Russell kills Victor by burning him with acid. In the story, Victor’s brother Marco D’Peter (Unni Mukundan) enters who comes to India from Italy after hearing the news of his brother’s murder. Victor has another brother George Peter who does gold smuggling business.
One day, his gold is stolen and he suffers a huge loss. Tony also smuggles gold. George and Marco search for Victor’s murderer. Marco tries to kill Tony. Now Russell and his brother Cyrus kill Victor’s wife who is about to become a mother and Marco’s girlfriend, etc. Now Mark vows to take revenge for the murder of his family.
Who is Russell? And why did he kill Victor? To what extent does Marco go to take revenge for the murder of his family? Will Marco be able to complete his revenge or will he?
Story Performance
Marco Movie Review : The story is directed by Haneef Adeni which is a bloody violent story. The first half of the story is ticking and the last part increases the excitement of watching the film. Apart from this, the story proves to be weak. The main actor is shown repeatedly in it which is completely focused on one person, which is one of the biggest shortcomings of this story.
Star Performance
Marco Movie Review : This time, Unni Mukundan has returned with more brutal action as Marco than in his previous films, which has managed to attract the action movie lovers to some extent. Ishan Shaukat has carried the film forward with his role as Victor. Abhimanyu S Thilakan’s performance as the villain Russell also impresses.
Analysis
Marco Movie Review : Technically, it can be clearly said that the director’s aim is to make a bloody, violent, action-packed film. The emotional aspect of this action proves to be weak. The director should have worked on this story beyond his thinking, which could have attracted the audience. The music composed by Ravi Basrur is in accordance with the scenes. The cinematography and production of the film are excellent. The film can be made more attractive by improving its editing.
Why watch? Overall, this is a clichéd story and is very simple in which a person named Marco wants to take revenge for his family, which is just like the usual stories. Due to being very bloody and violent, it would be better if the weak hearted do not watch it. Also, it is not for children and women. It does not have emotional depth, but if you want to enjoy brutal action, then this is a great film.
Conclusion
Overall Marco is a bloody violent film which is made keeping in mind the audience of action-loving films. This film is more violent than animal and killer films. In Marco Unni Mukandan has played the role of a gangster who commits bloody violence to take revenge for the murder of his family.
