Agni Movie Review

The story begins with a fire station in Mumbai whose head is Vilas Rao (Pratik Gandhi). Suddenly a building catches fire. Then all the fire fighters go to extinguish the fire with their vehicles. All the people are saved. After this, the police tell the media about this fire by praising themselves.

Despite this risky work of Vilas and all his fire fighters, they never get any appreciation. Whereas the policeman who arrives after them is considered a hero by the people of the society.

The city catches fire again. All the firefighters go to put out the fire. Among them is a female fighter Avni (Sayami Khair) who also does research on how fires start. She is in love with a firefighter named Jaish. After putting out the fire, Vilas has trouble breathing.

The doctor advises him to stay away from fire and smoke for some time, but Vilas does so. Avni sends her research report to the committee, in which it is said that this fire is being set by someone else.

This policeman is Vilas Rao’s brother-in-law, Sameet (Divyendu Sharma). Sameet buys a new house through his work and has his own car and he also gives his gun to his nephew. Vilas Rao and Sameet always have a fight and he asks Sawant to stay away from his family.

After this, it is shown in the film that both Vilas and Samit’s wives meet. During a function, all the fire fighters receive an emergency message that the city is on fire. They all get ready and go. In this fire, Jais dies and it is revealed that this fire is being set by the fire department’s Mahadev Verma.

When Mahadev and Vilas Rao are drinking together, then Mahaveer tells Vilas that his family also lost their lives because of this fire and that this system is completely corrupt. Next day, Avni notices something in the newspaper.

The day the accident happens, in that newspaper, there is a photo of a fire fighter with the words “Those who burn in the flames become immortal”. Hearing this, Vilas is shocked. He had heard this from Mahadev at night.

On the other side there is a function in which all the big leaders and police officers come. Samit is given an award in it. Vilas’s wife and son are also there. After this Vilas finds out through his research that all these fires are being started by Mahadev. Vilas calls the function but everyone’s phone is switched off.

Vilas asks Avni to reach there immediately with all the vehicles. The function catches fire. Everyone is saved but Vilas’s son is inside. He goes to save his son. After this Samit tells the media that this time the hero is not me but Vilas Rao and his team and salutes them too. Vilas’s son also now considers his father a hero. Vilas Rao is very happy with all these things.
